About project

to enhance the well-being and productivity of young employees engaged in hybrid and smart working spaces by addressing and mitigating the factors contributing to burnout through the strategic application of emotional intelligence & work inclusion.

Target groups
  • Young employees engaged in remote and hybrid work environments. This includes individuals aged between 18 to 35 who are navigating the challenges of balancing professional responsibilities with personal well-being in digitally driven workspaces.

  • Stakeholders working with young people in remote and hybrid work - employers, managers, and organizational leaders, educational institutions or/and career development centers as well as support networks.

Through discussions we will define what are the needs of young professionals in context of mental health in remote work. It will be displayed in a comprehensive report.

Online visibility and events

A part of success is expected to be the outreach to broader audiences that we will achieve through strategic online communication and events.

Five modules that will provide young professionals with the necessary skills and tools to navigate the complexities of mental wellbeing in remote work
